Roseyogastyle is an integration of 20 years of instructing, facilitating and coaching movement classes. It's movement that is simple, strengthening and balancing that meets the needs of people of all abilities and ages.

About Rosemarie
About me:
I discovered yoga after needing an outlet from my corporate job over 20 years ago.
I felt so good, it inspired me to leave my job and teach.
Since then, I have been on a journey of exploration of healing practices and have had amazing teachers and ecstatic experiences. including Body Mind Centering, Craniosacral therapy, Acupuncture, Acupressure, Emotional Freedom Technique, and Continuum Movement.
I enjoy incorporating these practices into my classes and creating a safe space for everyone to heal their bodies, nourish their souls and awaken their spirits.
As I tell my students, thank you for the privilege of your time.
